Copyright and Ownership

In accordance with the copyright laws, any and all images appearing in the AndHub Photography website, AndHubPhotography.com, all social media pages associated with Andrew Hubbell, Andrew Hubbell • AndHub Photography, or AndHub Photography, consisting of but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Red Bubble, Pinterest, Google, and Flickr, as well as any images photographed and captured are the exclusive property of Andrew Hubbell and are protected under the United States and International Copyright laws.

Copyright and ownership of images taken by Andrew Hubbell • AndHub Photography will always be retained by Andrew Hubbell. Unless given written authorization, you are forbidden by law from copying any images created by Andrew Hubbell • AndHub Photography and that all photographic reprints, digital duplication, or copies of any type made from images created by Andrew Hubbell • AndHub Photography shall only be carried out by Andrew Hubbell • AndHub Photography.

The images may not be reproduced, printed, copied, transmitted, or manipulated without the written permission of Andrew Hubbell. The use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept, illustration, or reproduction (digital, artist-rendered, or alike) is a violation of the law and is strictly prohibited and violations will be pursued to the furthest extent allowed under the law. You may request permission to use images created by Andrew Hubbell by contacting me at inquire@andhubphotography.com. Permission can only be granted in writing by Andrew Hubbell.

Reproduction rights (if and when granted) are strictly limited to the use specified in writing. An agreement must be reached with Andrew Hubbell • AndHub Photography before the pictures are used for a different purpose or after the license has expired. Andrew Hubbell • AndHub Photography reserves the right to charge additional fees if the photographs are used for purposes other than what is shown on the licensing agreement.

All original digital files created by Andrew Hubbell • AndHub Photography remain the property of Andrew Hubbell.

Joint Ownership

In the event of shared ownership, both parties have ownership rights within the limitation of the shared ownership licensing document.

Work for hire

AndHub Photography reserves the right to make reproductions of images created during assignments for marketing, promotional, competition, and editorial purposes. AndHub Photography reserves the right to use images from events, permitting the subject captured does not object in accordance with the law.
